This morning I decided that I would have GREEN START to my day. This is one of my morning creations for a healthy vegan breakfast!!!!
1 or 1/2 Cup Soy/Almond Milk
1 Medium Banana
1/4 Cup Almonds/Cashew
3 Leaves of Kale
1 Tsp. Agave Nectar
1 Tsp. Flax Seed(grounded)
2 Slices of Ginger
1 Small Strawberry(optional for garnish)
3 Cubes of Ice

ReplyDeletegreat to hear Kathyann, I use kale because its one of my favourite greens. You can also use any other leavy greens as substitute for kale.
